Passengers whose baggage does not arrive or whose baggage arrives in damaged condition should proceed directly to our Lost&Found Office with their aircraft ticket, baggage check, identification, and passport the same day they arrive and without leaving the arrivals terminal. We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
